Registered Dietitian Services

Unexpected illness, whether short term or long term, often requires a change in nutritional requirements.

Our registered dietitians take the time to work with you to assess nutritional needs, ensure your involvement and establish a care plan tailored to your unique needs.

Our Registered Dietitian Services are flexible and designed to address your individual goals.

  • We assess the nutritional status and hydration needs of people of any age.
  • The nutrition program will be tailored to your unique needs. We''ll take the time to explain how and why this program will help improve nutritional status. We''ll talk with you until all of your questions are answered satisfactorily.
  • We assess for needs such as supplements and special nutrition preparation available by mouth or by tube feeding.
  • We provide education on meal planning, food selection, recipes, label reading, budgeting.
  • We counsel, teach and support caregivers as required.
  • We consult and collaborate with other members of the health care team to ensure the best outcome.

We recognize that changing behavior is a process. Kaymar provides support and nutrition education during this process as required by the individual, his or her family, caregivers and client care team.

Our Registered Dietitian Services are resource effective and of high quality.

Our Registered Dietitian services are results driven and evidence based.  Kaymar's performance management includes processes designed to continually monitor and evaluate our services to ensure that they are delivered in the most efficient and therapeutically effective manner possible.
